Pavan is a liqueur made from Muscat grape and a touch of orange blossom in the South of France. Pavan is fruit forward, naturally sweet and fresh with balanced acidity. It is rich and complex. Grape announces itself as Muscat, with a delicate ripe crispness and, as it evolves, the fruitiness becomes an orange blossom floral. Pavan has a very long, complex, pleasant finish.
